Had a furnace problem and GH&C came out the same day. The technician found the problem within a few minutes and promptly made the repair. Then he conducted a free safety inspection of the primary and secondary heat exchangers and a carbon monoxide test. The tech was knowledgeable and professional and explained the repair and the safety tests clearly. The price was very fair in my opinion.

We had a very good experience. Grapids was recommended to us by a neighbor so we decided to give them a call. Paul, the service technician, was very thorough in his assessment and was very helpful in explaining the issue and how we can better maintain the equipment going forward. He also gave us a few different options of what could be done - depending on how much we were able to spend on repairs. There was a glitch in the system and we got charged the non-member price even though we had signed up for the membership program. I gave the office a call in the morning and just inquired about this - - they immediately looked into it and the manager called me back and apologized about the glitch and said that the issue had been resolved. They credited the $110 back to our card and sent us an updated invoice. It was a very simple process and they were very personable and also professional in their service. We would definitely recommend Grapids to our friends.

Grapids and their staff were absolutely wonderful to work with.
